I want to update you on a personal journey I’m embarking on to maximize my chances of enjoying restful and pleasant dreams.
Some background first...
Many people have dreams, and some people have big scary nightmares. MANY people grow out of having nightmares so scary that they wet the bed or can't get back to sleep unless they crawl into bed with mom. For me, since returning to sleep in 2021, I have been victim to vivid and unsettling nightmares—often repetitive and upsetting depictions of woke mobs and strong sword-wielding journalists who are after my head.
Why am I telling you this?
I was an early leader in the sweet dreams space. The big scary guys and the little scary guys have their eyes on me (I know this because I see them now as I type). I’m confident that I'm in prime position to transform all nightime oogie boogies into peaceful, restorative sweet dreams.
This is why I’m dedicating significant effort to this change. I'm committing hours of your daytime to accelerate our SweetDream 2 plan with tasks like:
searching "relaxation techniques" on youtube
Additionally, I’ve become aware that some individuals might have been complicit in contributing to these distressing experiences. I want to assure you that I’m not only aware of this but also taking steps to ensure that these influences are eliminated. Winning in this personal journey will require dedication on all fronts, not just with my sleep habits. There is no room for complacency or resignation.
